FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is it legal to go to Cuba? Will I need a Visa?

Yes, it is legal to go to Cuba as long as you are under the 12 sanctioned activities that allow travel to Cuba, with religious activity being one of them. We would be delighted to assist you with the process of legally visiting Cuba as an American. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, it’s important to obtain a Cuban visa in advance. This is often referred to as a “general license,” which is a requirement set by the Cuban government for travel. Once you confirm your attendance, we are here to guide and support you every step of the way in securing this visa, making your trip not only memorable but also compliant with all regulations.

What is the cost associated with the trip?

We are pleased to inform you that we will take care of all your transportation needs during your stay, including transfers to and from the airport and around the city. Additionally, your accommodation and meals will be fully covered by us. The only aspect you’ll need to arrange is your flights to and from Cuba. We are here to ensure that your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Are there additional costs?

We are excited to share that you will have some free time to relax and enjoy yourself on Saturday. Should you be interested in indulging in a round of golf or a rejuvenating spa experience, we would be more than happy to arrange these activities for you. Please note that the cost for these leisure activities will be your responsibility. If you would like to take advantage of these opportunities, kindly let us know your preferences. You can easily reach out to us by emailing britni@wlink.org. and we will ensure everything is booked and arranged for your enjoyment. We’re here to make your experience as pleasant and fulfilling as possible!

Where will we be staying?

The Hotel Packard Havana, remodeled in 2022, is a contemporary and elegant hotel located in Havana, offering stunning views of the Lighthouse and minutes from the Capitol Building. Additionally, we will provide you with a religious letter from World Link, which will facilitate your re-entry into the States. Rest assured, we are committed to making your travel experience as seamless and worry-free as possible.
