What will we be doing?

It would be our greatest pleasure to invite you to an unforgettable time in Madrid, where worship, fellowship, and inspiring stories of faith await. Along with memorable tourism experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to hear firsthand what the Lord is doing in places like South Asia, Cuba, and Venezuela from our special guests. Even further, you’ll get a front row seat to the ministry that started World Link 30 years ago by touring the flagship SEFOVAN (European seminary) campus and meeting the students.

Will I need a Visa?

You don’t need a Visa to travel to Spain. You will, however, need to ensure that you have a valid passport.

What is the cost associated with the trip?

We are thrilled to have you as our guest and are pleased to inform you that we will take care of all your transportation needs during your stay, including transfers to and from the airport and around the city. Additionally, your accommodation and meals will be fully covered by us. The only aspect you’ll need to arrange is your flights to and from Madrid. We are here to ensure that your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we can’t wait to welcome you! 

Additional costs?

 All of your accommodations, activities, and meals will be covered by us. If you are planning to  order room service, enjoy a drink at one of the hotel bars, or incur additional charges outside of/after our daily activities – we only ask that you put those on your personal card. Please reach out to Manny or Ruth if you have any questions. We’re here to make your experience as pleasant and fulfilling as possible! 

Will I have to book my own flights?

 We kindly remind you that the cost of flights for your journey will be your responsibility. We encourage you to arrive by November 1, as the event starts the morning of November 2 – meaning you need to leave the U.S. on October 31 or early November 1. This will ensure you have ample time to settle in and not miss any of the exciting events planned for the first day. If you would prefer us to assist with booking your flights, we are more than happy to do so. When should I plan to arrive?

Please arrive in Madrid any time on November 1.

When do we depart?

Breakfast will be served at the hotel on our final morning, and you are welcome to check out at your leisure, with the hotel checkout time set at 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay beyond the event dates, kindly inform Kara, and we will be more than happy to arrange for an extended room reservation. Please be aware that any additional expenses incurred after the event departure will be your responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

What should I pack?

As the event approaches, we will thoughtfully prepare and send you an email containing a detailed packing list. This is to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We’re looking forward to making sure your preparation for the event is as smooth and stress-free as possible! 

Is anyone invited?

We are delighted to extend this exclusive invitation to you for our special event. To maintain an intimate and focused atmosphere, we kindly request that attendance be limited to the individuals named in your invitation. However, if there is someone you believe would be genuinely interested in discovering more about the impactful work World Link is doing globally, we would love to hear your suggestion. Please feel free to share their details with Manny or Ruth, and we will consider extending an invitation to them as well. Your input is greatly valued in helping us build a community of like-minded individuals.
